Air and Airless Blast Equipment Scheduled Maintenance Program (SMP)

A customized SMP contract (monthly, quarterly) with N.T. Ruddock can help reduce your blast equipment operating costs by : reducing downtime, lowering inventory costs (N.T. Ruddock stocks most wear items for many manufactuers). An experienced N.T. Ruddock technician can service your equipment or work with your maintence department.

Inspections
One-half day would be spent inspecting your blast equpment for wear, problem areas and normal maintenance. A N.T. Ruddock technician will inspect nozzles, hoses, windows, wheels, dust collectors and all aspects of your blast equipment for excessive wear and problem areas. We will provide lists of needed parts. Once approved, parts will be ordered.

Work Performed
N.T. Ruddock technicians will return and perform the work either alone or with plant personnel.

Special Projects
We can rebuild and modify all types of blast equipment. A quotation will be provided.
